Jeffry A. Collins is an attorney, author, and entrepreneur based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the founder of Collins Law, PLLC, a modern law firm dedicated to guiding clients through the evolving landscapes of cryptocurrency regulation, securities law, trusts and estates, taxation, and asset protection. With a strong emphasis on digital asset planning and blockchain-related financial structures, Jeffry stands at the forefront of legal innovation, bridging traditional legal principles with emerging technologies.

A proud alumnus of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Jeffry earned his Juris Doctor and certificate in Law and Business, while balancing a professional career and family life, an achievement that culminated in being honored with the school's prestigious  Outstanding Alumni Award. He continues to serve as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline, as well as volunteering to assist for the in person and blended-learning students  at Mitchell Hamline—guiding students through landlord/tenant negotiations in the Capstone program, teaching client interview skills, motion hearings, and assisting in simulations where students prep legislative staffers. His commitment to educational excellence is also reflected in his academic background, holding a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Louisiana State University (Summa Cum Laude & Member of Omega Nu Lambda National Collegiate Honor Society) a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Criminal Justice and an Associates degree from Ventura College of law. He is currently advancing his expertise further by pursuing a Master’s in Wealth Management and a certificate in Risk Management and Compliance at Texas A&M University and will be pursuing his Ph.D. is personal financial planning beginning 2026.

Throughout his career, Jeffry has demonstrated a deep commitment to service, advocacy, and community engagement. He has been actively involved in supporting equity initiatives, including, insurance transparency efforts, and LGBTQ+ legal protections, and has provided pro bono representation in civil rights and discrimination matters. Jeffry also has publications in Nevada Lawyer (Navigating Stress and Achieving Well-being in the Legal Profession) and Vegas Legal Magazine  (SEC v. Ripple Labs, Inc.: Reshaping the Crypto Landscape - Triumphs, Challenges, and the Future of Cryptocurrency Regulation).
